On this nice rainy day, I have spent lots of quality time with Miss Clara! I got to the hospital about 7:30 this morning in time for Clara's 8:00am care and feed. We are now doing breast visit or breast feeding attempts without me pumping first. We had a very successful visit at our first visit, the rest weren't as successful but that is to be expected at this age. Speaking of age, here are some stats:
Weight 1835 grams = 4 lbs and 1/2 ounce. Clara is gaining weight every day!
She is getting 34mL of breast milk at every feeding. Also they have added a supplement to help fatten up my breast milk and she is also now getting a tri-vitamin once a day!
